the hotel's location was central. it sits next to the dom and a metro station (dom-römer). i found the adjacent restaurant very convenient. it offers traditional local food and several other food options are within walking distance.

i noticed there wasn't air conditioning, only a fan was available, not ideal when the weather was particularly warm.

the reception staff were friendly and cute. they offered good communication and information prior to my stay. the staff from the downstairs restaurant kindly provided ice for my room on both nights as it was very hot (a very nice touch!).
